If so, here’s another easy way to help support Free Wheelchair Mission!
In addition to liking and sharing our posts, would you consider doing an Instagram Fundraiser?
Instagram Fundraisers are easy to set up, and since Instagram does not charge fees to nonprofits, 100% of the funds donated will go to Free Wheelchair Mission, providing life-transforming wheelchairs to people with disabilities in developing countries.
There are two ways you can fundraise for us on Instagram!
I. Instagram Post Fundraiser
1. Log in to Instagram.
Then go to your profile, tap the “+” in the top right corner and select “post.”
2. Choose a photo or video from your camera roll and tap “next” to add a filter if desired and tap “next” again.
*Don’t know what to post? Repost an image from our profile, take a video of yourself telling why you support Free Wheelchair Mission, or get creative and find a new way to catch your family and friends’ attention!
3. Write a caption explaining your post and tag us @fwmission.
Then, tap “Add Fundraiser.”
4. Select “fwmission” as your nonprofit.
5. Choose your goal amount that you want to raise (remember that $96 = 1 wheelchair).
Tap “done.”
6. Tap “share” in the top right corner to publish your fundraising post!
II. Instagram Sticker Fundraiser
1. Log in to Instagram.
Then go to your profile, tap the “+” in the top right corner and select “story.”
2. Tap the box in the bottom left corner to select a photo from your camera roll.
3. Tap the sticker button on the top horizontal (4th button from the left).
4. Select the “donation” sticker.
5. Type in “fwmission” to choose your charity.
6. Write a call-to-action for your fundraiser.
7. Tap the bottom left corner to post to your story.
