This story comes from Father Winner in Chennai, India:

" I am A. Lourdu Raj from Chembiyakudi, India. I lost my legs in a Polio infection and from childhood I experienced lots of difficulties in my life. I used to crawl my way to the school. When our Parish Priest announced the availability of a free wheelchair, my parents and I were so happy. My family is very poor in economically and my parents suffer a lot due to my disability.

When I got a free wheelchair I was extremely happy. I got a new spirit within me and I take a new step in my life. Now I am able to go to church and worship God without much difficultly. My mind is peaceful.

I can't explain the joy I feel when I am in the wheelchair. I will never forget God. He has showed a new way to my life through this wheelchair."
