Greetings and Happy Friday!February 27, 2004 |
| This story takes us to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Attached are two pictures. Evariste Ejiba, our partner and Director of the Storehouse Foundation wrote of the following:
"Mr. Notota Jeannot of the Fepaki Village in Bandundu Province, is 47 years old, was born paralyzed, and has never until February 2004 had mobility until he and his family received a wheelchair from us.
Mr. Mampuya Pierre, 61 years old, of the TW Village also in the Bandundu Province, lost his mobility in 1984 when a tree fell on him. After seeing these lives changed, the chief of the village gave us a piece of land to build a church and create a farm. The chief was not a " believer", but he now tells me we need this kind of action which shows God's love." Wheelchairs build churches! God bless, Don |
